MAJOR DOMESTIC TERRORISM BY ANTIFA IS BEING IGNORED BY MAINSTREAM MEDIA
More than 30 ANTIFA extremists were arrested, including 23 for domestic terrorism, after they conducted a coordinated attack on a Georgia police training center’s construction site.
This attack took place at the site of a new, $90 million Atlanta police training facility. A group calling themselves “Treehouse ANTIFA” have been camping in the woods around the site in protest against the new facility that they have dubbed “Cop City.”
Details of the attack: The group ANTIFA dressed in tactical gear and black facemasks carried out a coordinated attack on the site, throwing Molotov cocktails and bricks, setting construction equipment on fire, and attacking police officers who responded.
The charges: 23 of the individuals detained by Atlanta police are facing felony domestic terrorism charges, which carry penalties up to 35 years in prison.
Police Chief Darin Schierbaum said: “This was about anarchy” and pointed out that only two of the people arrested were from Georgia. The rest came from Massachusetts, New York, and even France and Canada.
He told Fox News:
“So this is a national network, an international group of people that are organized to come to our state.”
Activist attorney: One of the domestic terrorists, Thomas Webb Jurgens, was identified as an attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center – a radical left-wing organization.
Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene responded to the attack in her home state, saying:
“It’s time to do something about ANTIFA and that’s why I’m going to introduce legislation to declare ANTIFA domestic terrorists. Because they need to be taken apart. We need to investigate exactly who they are, who funds them, and then we need to make sure that whenever they come out and erupt in violence… we need to make sure they’re arrested and charged with domestic terrorism charges.”
