JUDGE BLOCKS BIDEN’S VAX MANDATE FOR FEDERAL WORKERS

A federal judge just dealt another body blow to the Biden regime’s attempt to force Americans to take the covid vaccine.

What went down: On Friday, Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown forced Biden to halt his executive order that demanded more than 3.5 million federal workers get the covid vaccine or be terminated.

Brown said: until litigation is decided, the Biden regime and government cannot force the private medical decision on Americans “with the stroke of a pen and without input from Congres.”

“Stopping the spread of COVID-19 will not be achieved by overbroad policies like the federal-worker mandate.”
Back up: This ruling comes less than two weeks after the Supreme Court blocked Biden’s vaccine mandate for private companies, saving 84 million workers from what the court called an “unconstitutional” overreach.

Judge Brown cited the Supreme Court’s January 13 decision, saying that Biden’s order would “require millions of federal employees to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of their employment” which “under the current state of the law as just recently expressed by the Supreme Court, is a bridge too far.”
