JOE BIDEN WANTS YOU TO WEAR MASKS ON PLANES AGAIN
Biden working to re-instate mask mandates on planes
The Biden regime is fighting in court to reinstate the federal mask mandate for air travel, despite Joe declaring back in September that “The pandemic is over.”
In April of 2022, a federal judge overturned Biden’s mask mandate, leading to all major U.S. airlines lifting their mask requirements.
Nine months later, Biden is still trying to wrestle back the power to force-mask you while you fly. This week the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments from the Biden regime on behalf of the CDC to reinstate mask mandates for air travel.
They argued:
“Wearing a mask was one of the most modest and most effective means available in early 2021 to combat the spread of COVID-19 and to allow air travel to resume safely. The CDC had the authority to issue this order and to do so, to make the order effective immediately and the district court erred in ruling otherwise.”
A judge pushed back against the Biden regime, saying: “The problem I’m having with your entire argument on this issue is that it seems like you’re saying the agency can just say we think this is a good idea [without proof].”
Recently all U.S. flights were grounded due to a “technical glitch” that has yet to be explained. And a December holiday meltdown saw 16,000 Southwest Airlines flights get canceled on Joe’s watch.
Here’s some free advice for the Biden regime:
Focus more on keeping the planes in the sky, and less on keeping masks on faces.
