FBI Trump-Russia hoaxer was indicted for colluding with Russia

One of the FBI’s top counterintelligence agents, who was instrumental in triggering the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, was just indicted for colluding with a Russian oligarch.

Charles McGonigal, who was appointed by then-FBI Director James Comey to lead the FBI’s New York Counterintelligence Division until he retired in 2018, was charged with violating U.S. sanctions and money laundering for a Russian oligarch named Oleg Deripaska.

Ironically [or maybe not so ironically], during his time with the FBI, McGonigal investigated Russian oligarchs including Deripaska.

Deripaska is a close Putin ally who ran a Russian aluminum company.

Trump-Russia hoaxer: Before his days helping Russian elites launder money, McGonigal was a big part of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in 2020, FBI Deputy Assistant Director Jonathan Moffa claimed that he received an e-mail from McGonigal in July of 2016 that “contained essentially that reporting, which then served as the basis for the opening of the [Trump-Russia] case.”

…$32 million in U.S. taxpayer dollars, one Mueller investigation, and four years later, we now know that was all a hoax.

The deep state rats are in your face with their corruption – working with the enemy while accusing Trump of working with the enemy. Remember this story when the media feeds us their next big scandal.
