FBI confirms existence of document proving Biden sold influence for cash
FBI Director Chris Wray, on a call to GOP lawmakers, confirmed the existence of a document that a whistleblower alleges will show criminal misconduct by Joe Biden from his time as Vice President. Wray, however, is refusing to turn over the documents.
Recently a whistleblower came forward to House Oversight Chair James Comer and alleged that the FBI and the Department of Justice were “in possession” of an FD-1023 form which describes a “criminal scheme” where then-VP Joe Biden was paid by a foreign in exchange for favorable policy decisions.
In response to the whistleblower allegation, Rep. Comer subpoenaed the FD-1023 documents.
An FD-1023 form is what the FBI uses to memorialize information gathered from confidential sources.
During a call between Rep. Comer, Senator Chuck Grassley, and FBI Director Wrap about the subpoenaed documents, Wray confirmed that the FD-1023 form does exist but said he would only allow the lawmakers to view it at the FBI and would not release it to the Oversight Committee, despite the subpoena.
Rep. Comer said: “While Director Wray, after a month of refusing to even acknowledge that the form existed, has offered to allow us to see the documents in person at FBI headquarters, we have been clear that anything short of producing these documents to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with the subpoena.”
Contempt of Congress: Comer said: “If the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena, the House Oversight Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings.”
If the FBI had these documents showing Biden’s criminal misconduct, the question is… Why didn’t they investigate?
