CDC FORCED TO RETRACT LIE ABOUT FLORIDA

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) was forced yesterday to admit it had fabricated Covid data to make Florida, and its Gov. Ron DeSantis look bad.

The big lie: On Sunday, the CDC website showed record-high new covid cases for Florida: 28,317.

The fake news media, which have been breathlessly trying to take down Ron DeSantis, ran wild with these record-high numbers.

…but the numbers were a lie. It turns out that the CDC combined three days’ worth of data into one. Florida Department of Health says the accurate number should be just 15,319.

The truth is that there is an uptick in Florida’s Covid cases over the past few weeks. But it isn’t seeing a spike in deaths. And in deaths per 1 million population, Florida ranks #25. The top 3 are New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.

Florida has been successful against Covid because DeSantis has taken a science-based approach to the virus since the beginning of the pandemic: Instead of focusing on mask mandates and lockdowns, he prioritized the elderly and the immunocompromised.

…and the lock-down hungry, authoritarian political left hates him for it. This is why nobody believes it was an accident that Joe Biden’s CDC made a mistake with Florida’s numbers.
