A major provision in the $740 billion dollar spending scam designed as the “Inflation Reduction Act” has already backfired, before Joe Biden has even signed the bill into law.
The hand-out: The Democrat spending bill allocates $369 billion to combat “the existential crisis of climate change.” Part of that comes as $7,500 tax credits for anyone who buys an electric vehicle (EV).
The take-back: Yesterday two of the biggest automakers in America, Ford and GM, announced they will be raising the price of their EVs by at least $6,000. Basically negating the tax credit. What a coincidence!
Ford’s F-13 Lightning Pro, for example, will go from $39,947 to $46,974
