BEACH BUM BIDEN
Joe Biden signed the $1.7 trillion dollar omnibus spending bill into law while vacationing in a luxury villa in St. Croix.
Back up: The bill was passed by the House and Senate right before Christmas 2022, but Biden didn’t want to wait until the final document was ready for his signature before flying down to the Caribbean.
Bill takes flight: [I don’t mean Bill Clinton flying down to Epstein Island] Since Joe couldn’t wait to hit the beach, once the bill was ready a White House staffer flew the 4,000-page bill on a commercial flight to bring it to him.
Keep in mind, this is all happening on the taxpayer’s dime while tens of thousands of U.S. flights have been canceled.
…also, aren’t Democrats the party that’s supposed to care about climate change? Is flying a document 1,600 miles environmentally friendly?
But at least Joe Biden got to sign this bill while he wiggled his toes in the sand.
